Poonam I am amazed at the care you show, the help you extend ?? Today's call was just what I really needed, was unwell last week, son is unwell now and overall life seemed a little gloomy. Usually my tendency is to simply lie low and allow the storm to pass and the rainbow to show up. Poonam's message popped in the WA window and was just the push I needed... Loved the session -- peeping into your childhood to figure out your core liking -- starting small from your comfort zone -- not ever think of taking a break (thanks Shaad, this perspective really shook me) -- and suggestions to modify the buddy system to make it more effective. Guys just want to take a moment and tell you that I am so Grateful for MMF group. After my accident I was in lots of pain and could not even move or do anything but the MMF group has pushed me and made me realised that I need to get out of bed and start something to keep going. Thanks to @Poonam Mandke for the lovely initiative and @Shaad Thank you so so much for being a good leader. I am gonna be your groupie in coming month as well. And I am so happy in my this situation as well I have completed 50 kms of walk. Just realised that I actually work better under pressure ?. And lastly @Abhishek Thank you so much for checking on me every now and then and for lots of entertainment ?

Guys Today I experienced one different way to start the routine and get back on track. It's always been target and new achievements in your core domain ans things you like to do most. In My case Run/walk improvements day by day is important to reach my target of 42 Km full marathon. Yesterday me ans @Om Mandke agin discussed participation in the NDA marathon in October and from yesterday night I started thinking about it and set the tone for today morning. I glad that I woke up without any alarm at 5 am and completed my mix of walk/Run and realised one thing that whatever may the situation If you burn the bridges behind you, the there is only one way of going forward thanks a lot for MMF family to continue posting your routine and motivating me. @Poonam Mandke @Om Mandke @Shaad @Aparna Divekar for trek invitation and hosting.
